Developed for positions where a rather larger screen size is required,
Ez-twO presents two high specification 7" multi-aspect ratio LCDs in 3U.
Each monitor is completely independent, sharing only their case and mains PSU.
Supplied in the standard configuration, each display will select 1 of 2 CVBS input video sources, either from the front panel switch, or by means of the rear panel remote control connector. Ez-twO automatically switches to display PAL or NTSC sources without adjustment. Duplicated BNC connectors are provided for each video input, with internal jumper links permitting either 75R (default condition), or optional high impedance looping operation.
Display Aspect Ratio selection is by means of the front panel switch or via the remote control connector. The default ratio is 16:9, but an internal jumper nest permits manual setting of other display ratios. The internal jumpers are supplied pre-set to give 4:3 ratio as the alternative.
Front panel controls are available to adjust Saturation, Black level and back light brightness, whilst the aspect ratio switch and source selector function, are duplicated via the D-9 remote connectors.
Transmission Tally lamps are provided for each Monitor, which are logically controlled via the Remote Control connectors, and therefore totally independent. Closure of a normally open relay contact will operate the lamp.
+12V external power supply input connector can be fitted as an option.
The tough welded steel case is supplied with internal power supply (no "wall wart"), and rack mount cheeks which permit the entire unit to tilt within the 3U envelope. Ez-twO is mechanically stable when free standing desk top operation is required, following the removal of the rack cheeks which are supplied as standard. The LCDs are protected by tough, non-scratch, anti-glare windows. An optional Military specification anti-reflective optical coating is available to special order.
