Murraypro's Cat: 399Pod completely satisfies the requirements of a GP quality SDI DAC, producing base band video signals of impressive quality. An internal DIP switch enables selection from ANY of these video OP formats:-

1) Component Video (Y, Cr, Cb)

2) Red, Green & Blue (R, G+s, B).

3) Luminance + Chrominance (S-Video)

4) Encoded, Composite Video (CVBS), with a duplicate OP on BNC 2

To either 525 or 625 TV Standard.

8 bit output video signals are passed through a relaxed specification interpolation filter, to 3 BNC connectors.

Proprietary circuitry monitors the input SDI signal and flags certain errors, which may be used externally as an error warning, possibly via the monitor's TX Tally lamp.

The Murraypro POD (Press On Demodulator) weighs in at 150Gm, and is contained within an EMC shielded steel case only 105 x 60 x 25mm (including connectors). Pre-cut self-adhesive Velcro™ fastener for is supplied for "instant" mounting. M3 hankbushes are also provided on the under side to facilitate location, positioning and permanent fixture under the most adverse conditions.

Automatic SDI cable equalisation is provided for a nominal 100M of cable and only a single +5V power source is required. Murraypro include an IEC input SMPSU, with a locking low voltage connector, to ensure that accidental disconnection does not become an issue.
