Murraypro celebrates 36th Anniversary.

Founded in the UK in 1974, Murraypro Electronics continues to surge from strength to strength. Initially commissioned to design and manufacture custom equipment for London's busy Broadcast TV Post Production Industry, Murraypro has continued to develop and now offers a wide range of Products allied to the Broadcast Television, Corporate Television and Industrial Television Industries.

Based in leafy Surrey at Hampton Wick, and only a few miles from Central London, Murraypro continues to supply Catalogue Equipment and Commissioned equipment to Customers in the fields mentioned above. The Client base ranges from the largest of World Broadcasters through to the lone Operator, Murraypro now specialises in the supply of TV Test Equipment, LCD Monitors, PPM Monitoring and allied Equipment to both the home and over seas Market.

Murraypro designed and produced the world's first commercially available Television "Safe Area" generator, now universally known as the "CAGE", the mnemonic of Caption Area Generating Electronics. Initially designed over 30 years ago to show TV Professionals at the Studio Centre the actual area visible at home on a domestic television screen, the CAGE has continued to evolve and has now become an indispensable accessory for the TV Professional, who is required to juggle the requirements of today's HD & SD Programmes involving 16x9, 14x9,12x9 and 4x3 aspect ratio pictures!
